What's the minimum group size?
Groups of 10 or more qualify for group pricing and must book at least one week in advance so we can staff properly.
Are chaperones free?
Yes — teachers, leaders, and chaperones who aren't riding are free. We suggest about 1 adult per 10 kids.
Can you invoice our school or organization?
Yes. We can invoice with a W-9 and accept purchase orders for schools and nonprofits. Ask when you request a quote.
Is there an educational angle?
Absolutely — our guides can walk students through how motion simulation, 360° tracking, and VR rendering work before they ride. Great for STEM units.
When are weekday mornings available?
Before public hours (12 PM) by arrangement — perfect for field trips. Request a quote with your preferred date.
What about kids who don't want to ride?
No pressure, ever. They can watch on the big screen, hang in the café, and jump in when they're ready.
