What to expect
Arrive 15 minutes early
Check in, sign the quick waiver (or do it ahead online), and get fitted.
Wear comfortable clothes
Closed-toe shoes recommended. Glasses fit under the headset; leave big hoop earrings at home.
Headset fit & safety brief
A guide adjusts your headset, explains the stop signal, and picks your first ride.
Ride ladder
Gentle first (Landing on the Moon), then build up to the coasters. Raise a hand anytime to pause.
Hydrate, don't over-eat
A light snack before is great; a huge meal right before a roller coaster is not.
Spectators are free
Parents and friends watch on the big screen and hang in the café at no charge.

Is the arena wheelchair accessible?
Yes — step-free entry, accessible restrooms, and staff who will help adapt rides where possible. Call ahead and we'll plan with you.
Can I wear glasses in VR?
Yes, most glasses fit comfortably under the headsets.
Is there a minimum age or height?
Most rides are great from about 6–8; intense rides are recommended 10+. There's no strict height rule — our staff checks fit and comfort for every rider.
What about pregnancy, heart conditions, or motion sensitivity?
As with any motion ride, please skip the motion chair if you're pregnant or have heart, back, or neck conditions. Motion-sensitive guests can enjoy the gentle rides — tell your guide.
