Straight answers
What's the difference between a Player Pass and a Drop-In Pass?
Player Passes are reserved online for a specific time, so your spot is guaranteed. Drop-In Passes are for walk-ins and depend on availability — great on weekdays, tighter on weekend afternoons.
How does the weekday discount work?
Monday–Thursday, passes are automatically 20% off and party packages are 15% off at checkout. No code needed.
Is there a per-game charge?
Never. Every pass includes unlimited access to every ride and game for the duration of your session.
Do spectators pay?
No — parents, friends, and anyone not riding are welcome to watch and hang out in the café for free.
Are there group rates?
Groups of 10+ should book a party package or contact us for a group rate. Parties include a private area, host, and food — often a better deal than individual passes.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes — gift cards in any amount are available online and in the arena, and they work on passes, parties, and the café.
