Party booking policies

1. A deposit is required to secure your party date and time.
2. The deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the party date.
3. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party date forfeit the deposit.
4. The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before the event date.
5. Party reservations are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and confirmed.
6. You may reschedule up to 1 day before the party date for a $50 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
7. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the event may not be accommodated.
8. Final guest counts and package selections must be confirmed prior to the event.
9. Odyssey VR Arena may modify attractions, games, or equipment availability for maintenance, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
10. All participants must follow Odyssey VR Arena safety rules and staff instructions at all times.
11. A parent or legal guardian must remain on-site for all parties involving minors.
12. Outside food and beverages are not permitted; food must be ordered through Odyssey VR Arena. (Birthday cake is welcome — just let us know.)
